Banning some women from crossing the border, 1895
Regarding prostitute women who initially lived in a village near Sanandaj but were expelled by the order of the author. The women later resided near Karand and Zahhab and then crossed the border of Kirmanshahan to Iraq. The author orders that they should be returned, and forced to repent with the help of members of the ‘ulama’, and bans their exit.

Letter from the head of the Kurdistan and Kirmanshahan Customs, Molitor, regarding Mas‘ud Khan, the Custom officer of Mahi Dasht, who took a woman with a bad reputation to Mahi Dasht and was laid off work as a consequence; Mas‘ud Khan has a gun and bullets but he has not yet returned them. Molitor asks Shahzadah Sa‘id al-Sultan to take the guns and ammunition from Mas‘ud Khan and hand them over to the Custom Office, but nothing was done; the author asks the recipient to order Mas‘ud Khan to hand over the gun and bullets.

Mustafa reports about the city, including the story of taking several prostitutes to the house of Haj Shaykh Baqir Mujtahid to execute Shariʻah law. He also talks about the harassment of a Jewish woman. The author has sent two copies of this report, one to Tehran and the other to Tabriz.

Complaint regarding mismanagement of the girls school in Kurdistan, 1929
Petition by Mahmud Zari‘ (farmer) from Hasan Abad to the Majlis warning about the waste of the budget and mismanagement in the Ministry of Education in Kurdistan, especially the recently founded girls school, Shahpur, managed by Khanum Ardalani. He claims that with this education system, the girls in Kurdistan eventually become prostitutes.
